Thirty years ago, we started Capital House Clearance with a simple belief — that cleared items should be rehomed rather than dumped. Most people thought we were mad. Now the world is catching up.
We are a family-run business based in Stockwell, with deep roots in the local community. We've been clearing homes, flats and storage units across South London for over thirty years — and the vast majority of our work still comes through word of mouth.
No call centres. No subcontractors. When you book with us, you get us — the same small team that has been doing this work, carefully and honestly, since 1992.
